New Shiloh Village

New Shiloh Village is a 80 unit affordable housing community in Baltimore, Maryland. The community is located in the 7th Congressional District of Maryland. Since this property has received funding in part through the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program, monthly rent cannot exceed the Tax Credit maximum rent for the area. Households earning less than 60% of the area median income qualify for units with reduced rent.

NEW SHILOH VILLAGE APARTMENTS -  73 modern, affordable homes for families, individuals, adults with disabilities, and the formerly homeless, designed to create a sense of community among its residents.  These apartments offer a mix of 43 one-bed room, 22 two-bedroom and 8 three-bedroom units. The new apartment community is LEED (Leader in Energy and Environmental Design) certified and features a living roof that is covered with vegetation, to reduce storm water run-off.  Other amenities include:   Energy Star appliances, 24-hour n1aintenance, common area, elevator, outdoor furnished courtyard, in-unit washer and dryer, balconies, Wi-Fi, fitness area, multipurpose room, children's recreational room, secured entry access, and a furnished community living room with pool table, TV and modern fireplace.  There is on-site parking for residents and their guests.
